In 2012 I moved to Abilene, Texas after joining the Air Force. I was stationed at Dyess Air Force base for 3 years and went on two deployments.
During my time in the Air Force I developed a love of anything fitness and nutrition related. Thankful as I am for everything the Air Force did for me, I separated in 2015 to chase my dream of helping people create consistent, passionate and fit lives. I started my career helping people with significant body composition change and fat loss.
I’m a USAPL certified powerlifting coach and powerlifter. I also compete in the Drug Tested USPA. I’ve trained clients of all ages and goals. I’ve competed in national events and set state records, I’ve coached athletes at worlds, I’ve helped marathon and endurance athletes balance strength training and cardio. I’ve helped Airmen pass pt tests. I’ve had students, parents and grandparents win powerlifting competitions. I’ve helped people put on muscle and other defeat obesity. I’ve shown others how to effectively prioritize health. I’ve even helped a retired couple climb Mt Kilamanjaro.
I now have a private studio in Abilene, TX that only my personal clients and powerlifting team has access too. As long as you work with me I will always give you a place to workout at no extra cost. My team, Z’s Strength Collective and I travel around competing in all levels of powerlifting meets in many different federations. Primarily the USAPL and the USPA. My team of coaches and I can also help if you’re looking for a meet in another federation such as Powerlifting America, RPS, etc.
I offer ONLINE TRAINING to ANYBODY NOT IN THE ABILENE AREA. I also offer a hybrid of online and in person training to people in Abilene. In the hybrid program you get all the benefits of online training including out of session nutrition and recovery spreadsheets that I monitor over the cloud, as well as workouts that I update for your workouts out of session.
By working with me and my team you don’t just get a strength and nutrition coach for the time you’re in session only. You get someone who will be your problem solver and help manage your daily health and fitness goals for long term consistent results.
